Info
Hamsa Pay is a B2B fintech platform operating at the intersection of global commerce and blockchain-based payments. The product supports institutional clients, such as finance managers and treasury teams in monitoring cross-border transactions, managing liquidity, and verifying payment status in real time.
Blockchain data is inherently complex and difficult for non-technical users to interpret. My work focused on translating this complexity into a structured and intuitive browsing experience, helping users navigate transaction data, understand network information, and explore blockchain records through a clear visual interface.
During this project, I designed key product flows, developed information architecture for the browser system, and created high-fidelity interface designs for both desktop and mobile platforms. The work demonstrates how thoughtful UX design can make technically complex systems more understandable and usable for targeted audience.
Problem Statement
Important signals were buried among raw unorganized data
Users had difficulty prioritizing what required attention
The desktop-first design did not translate effectively to mobile screens
The core challenge was not reducing information, but making complex blockchain data legible at a glance.
Design Strategy

Blockchain explorers often present highly technical data structures that are difficult for general users to navigate, making it challenging to quickly understand transactions, blocks, and token activity. To address this complexity, I redesigned the platform’s information architecture from the ground up, organizing the system into five primary navigation domains: Dashboard, Transactions, Blocks, Tokens, and Developers.
This structure separates high-level network visibility from detailed data views, allowing users to progressively drill down from summaries to specific transaction, block, or token information while maintaining clear navigation across the platform.

Reflections
This project was my first experience working on a B2B fintech product, which required a very different design approach from my previous visually driven projects.
Instead of focusing primarily on aesthetics, the work emphasized logical structure, information clarity, and rigorous UX workflows for complex financial data. Working within a fast-paced startup environment also introduced me to a more intensive product development process, where design decisions needed to balance usability, technical constraints, and business goals. Presenting design work to large financial clients such as JP Morgan further strengthened my ability to communicate design rationale and collaborate with stakeholders in a professional setting. Overall, the experience helped me develop a more structured and pragmatic approach to UX design in real-world product environments.
